Veteran cosmetic chemist Ron Robinson had 30+ years of experience formulating best-selling products for Clinique, L’Oréal, Revlon, and Avon when he founded the BeautyStat blog in 2009. His factual, trustworthy, and science-based approach demystified skin care ingredients for editors and science-savvy consumers alike. But there was one challenge Ron had yet to conquer: the Vitamin C dilemma. And he wouldn’t rest until he solved it.

After five years of research, Ron created a new technology that could, for the first time ever, formulate L-ascorbic acid––Vitamin C in its purest form––at 20%, its optimal percentage, in a delivery system impervious to oxidation.
